Cultural LearningCultural Communications and Cross-cultural Collaboration
In our research, we focus on cultural learning processes in an international business context. In our study we try to capture different aspects of intercultural experience expats encounter in new cultural setting. We are also focused on language-related issues connected with cross-cultural learning and how people develop skills required to cooperate in new cultural contexts. Our research we conduct in Poland, China, Brazil, Argentina, USA.
